This is the practice of inserting remarkably thin needles into nerve, muscle, and connective tissue targets to stimulate the nervous system and encourage the body to initiate the healing process. While the Eastern and Western schools of acupuncture differ in theory, the procedure is very similar. The procedure is low risk and provides a variety of positive effects. Acupuncture is contraindicated in severely debilitated pets. *Because each pet responds differently to treatment, we will determine suitability at your first consultation.
